A dynamic open-level ballet class built to develop strength, musicality, coordination and refined movement quality. It combines classical ballet technique with a contemporary approach, encouraging you to build confidence while exploring greater freedom and expression through movement. Suitable for dancers of different backgrounds and experience levels, with focus on technical precision, body awareness and artistry — strong physical training and an inspiring space to move.

Inspired by contemporary dance, this class combines strength training, mobility, cardio and expressive movement to build a stronger, more confident connection with your body. No dance or fitness experience needed.

Your own yoga mat and blocks if you have them — a few mats are available at the studio. A water bottle and a small towel, every class.
Dance Fitness: barefoot or in socks, whatever feels better. Flow Ballet: ballet shoes are welcome if you own a pair, never required.
